Andrew Tate, the controversial influencer, is facing fresh legal trouble after his ex-girlfriend, Brianna Stern, filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and battery. This adds to a string of legal challenges for Tate, including human trafficking charges. Stern’s claims paint a disturbing picture of manipulation and violence, but Tate denies all allegations, calling the accusations a money grab.

The New Lawsuit: Brianna Stern’s Accusations of Assault and Abuse

Brianna Stern, Andrew Tate’s ex-girlfriend, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, accusing him of sexual assault and battery. The complaint describes a violent encounter earlier this month at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Stern alleges that Tate choked and beat her during sex, leaving her diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. Stern claims that Tate's initial charm and generosity masked a darker side, one that grew increasingly abusive after their relationship began.

According to Stern, the abuse was part of a disturbing pattern that followed her initial involvement with Tate. She details manipulative and threatening communications from Tate, including messages where he allegedly referred to her as his “property” and expressed a desire to beat and impregnate her. Stern has publicly stated that she struggled for a long time to come forward, out of fear and confusion, but ultimately found the courage to take legal action.

Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, has strongly denied all the allegations, calling the accusations a baseless attempt to exploit Tate’s current legal controversies. McBride has dismissed the claims as a “money grab,” accusing Stern of fabricating evidence to win a payout. He further claims that the controversial messages and other evidence presented by Stern are “doctored, edited, and falsified,” and he doubts they will hold up in court.

A Pattern of Legal Troubles for Tate

This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal issues facing Andrew Tate, who is already under investigation for human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women in Romania. Tate, along with his brother Tristan, was arrested in 2022 and charged in connection with the alleged trafficking ring. Both brothers deny the charges and have argued that the case is part of a political conspiracy to silence them.

In addition to the Romanian case, Tate has faced multiple allegations of sexual assault and abuse from women in the U.K. Four British women are currently suing him, although the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to pursue criminal charges. The ongoing legal battles have kept Tate in the public eye, where his inflammatory views on women and misogyny continue to spark controversy. Despite the accusations and legal setbacks, Tate remains a prominent figure on social media, where he has a significant following, largely consisting of young men drawn to his anti-establishment rhetoric and lavish lifestyle.

Tate has repeatedly claimed that the charges against him, both in Romania and elsewhere, are without merit and politically motivated. However, the growing number of allegations against him paints a troubling picture of a man whose online persona and real-life actions seem to be increasingly at odds. The lawsuit filed by Stern adds yet another layer of complexity to his already volatile legal situation.
